Our Vision

At Newton Behavioral Health and Wellness, P.L.L.C., our vision is to be a trusted provider of authentic, compassionate, and comprehensive behavioral and mental health care that promotes meaningful growth, healing, resilience, and well-being.
Our work is grounded in professional excellence and informed by Christian principles of compassion, grace, integrity, service, and respect for the inherent dignity of every person. While our faith shapes the values by which we serve, we welcome individuals and families of all faith traditions, spiritual perspectives, and those who do not identify with a faith tradition. We are committed to honoring each client’s beliefs, values, culture, experiences, and right to self-determination throughout the therapeutic process.
We strive to cultivate an environment where clients feel safe, heard, respected, valued, and appropriately challenged as they develop greater insight, strengthen their capacities, navigate life’s challenges, and create meaningful and sustainable change.
Our role is not simply to help individuals manage difficulties but to support them in developing the skills, resources, and agency necessary to move forward with greater confidence and intention.
We are equally committed to professional growth and clinical excellence. Through continued learning, thoughtful practice, and adherence to established ethical and professional standards, our clinicians remain responsive to evolving knowledge and best practices within behavioral and mental health care.
Through collaboration with clients, families, colleagues, and community partners, we seek to build meaningful relationships and strengthen the communities we serve. Honesty, trust, accountability, compassion, and respect guide our interactions and shape the standard of care we strive to provide across our organization.
Ultimately, our vision is to create a practice where excellence and compassion are not dependent upon any one clinician but are reflected consistently throughout the organization. Guided by professional ethics and the Christian principles foundational to Newton Behavioral Health and Wellness, we endeavor to foster hope, facilitate healing, strengthen individual and relational capacity, and support lasting transformation in the lives entrusted to our care.
Our Faith Foundation

“The Spirit of the Sovereign LORD is upon me, for the LORD has anointed me to bring good news to the poor. He has sent me to comfort the brokenhearted and to proclaim that captives will be released and prisoners will be freed.”
— Isaiah 61:1
At Newton Behavioral Health and Wellness, P.L.L.C., the Christian faith is foundational to who our CEO is and informs the values by which she serves. We believe in God’s sovereignty, grace, compassion, and restorative work in the lives of people. At the same time, we recognize that those who seek our services come from diverse religious, spiritual, cultural, and personal perspectives. Our faith guides how we serve; it is never a requirement for those we serve.
Faith-Grounded Approach:
Our practice is grounded in Christian principles and in the belief that every person possesses inherent dignity and worth. These convictions shape our commitment to compassionate service, integrity, humility, accountability, and hope. We seek to reflect these values in the quality of our care while respecting each client’s autonomy, beliefs, and individual path.
Compassionate Care:
We seek to demonstrate Christ-like compassion through empathy, grace, patience, dignity, and respect. Every person who enters our care deserves to be treated with humanity and without discrimination. We welcome individuals and families across differences in race, ethnicity, culture, religion, gender, sexual orientation, background, and life experience.
Spiritual Integration:
We recognize that faith and spirituality can be meaningful dimensions of emotional and psychological well-being. When desired by the client and clinically appropriate, therapy may incorporate the client’s faith, spiritual beliefs, prayer, Scripture, or other spiritually meaningful practices. Spiritual integration is collaborative rather than imposed, and clients are never required to adopt or participate in Christian beliefs or practices as a condition of receiving care.
Servant Leadership:
Our approach to leadership and service is influenced by the example of Jesus Christ and His emphasis on humility, compassion, service, and care for others. We strive to lead responsibly, steward our roles well, and create a culture in which the needs and well-being of those entrusted to our care remain central to our work.
Integrity and Ethical Practice:
Our Christian values exist alongside—and never replace—our professional and ethical responsibilities. We uphold the ethical standards, scope-of-practice requirements, and professional responsibilities associated with our respective disciplines and credentials, including applicable standards established by organizations such as NASW, ACA, AAMFT, and NBCC. We are committed to practicing with honesty, accountability, transparency, professional competence, and respect for client self-determination.
Faith-Informed Growth:
We believe growth requires humility, reflection, learning, and a willingness to be transformed. As professionals, we remain committed to expanding our knowledge, strengthening our clinical skills, and developing our areas of expertise. As a faith-grounded organization, we also remain attentive to the Christian principles that call us toward wisdom, humility, compassion, stewardship, and service.
Community Engagement:
We believe our responsibility extends beyond the therapy room. We seek opportunities to use our knowledge, skills, partnerships, and resources to strengthen the communities we serve, support those experiencing hardship, and promote dignity, justice, mercy, compassion, and access to care.
Our CEO's Christian identity is not intended to create a boundary around who belongs here. Rather, it establishes the values by which she holds herself accountable for how she treats those entrusted to her care.
